  • First heat butter in a wok, add red chillies coriander and cumin, fry for few minutes.
  • Add ginger/garlic and mutton, fry till color changes.
  • Add all ingredients except screwpine and cook.
  • When meat becomes tender, add screwpine and dish out.

  • Mutton             ½ kg
  • Onions (chopped)         2
  • Red Chilli Poweder         1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder         1 tsp
  • Coriander powder         1 tbsp
  • Yogurt (whipped)         250 grams
  • Nutmeg and Maze powder     ½ tsp
  • Cumin Seeds (crushed)     1 tsp
  • Ginger/garlic Paste         2 tsp
  • Screwpine             1 tsp
  • Salt                 to taste
  • Butter                 100 grams
