Makhni Gosht Recipes
- First heat butter in a wok, add red chillies coriander and cumin, fry for few minutes.
- Add ginger/garlic and mutton, fry till color changes.
- Add all ingredients except screwpine and cook.
- When meat becomes tender, add screwpine and dish out.
Makhni Ghosht Ingredients
- Mutton ½ kg
- Onions (chopped) 2
- Red Chilli Poweder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Yogurt (whipped) 250 grams
- Nutmeg and Maze powder ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
- Ginger/garlic Paste 2 tsp
- Screwpine 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Butter 100 grams
