Justice Mian Saqib Nisar of Supreme Court of Pakistan

Mian Saqib Nisar was born on 18-1-1954 at Lahore, he passed his matriculation examination from Cathedral High School, Lahore and Graduation from Government College, Lahore; Bachelor of Law was done from the University of the Punjab in the year 1979-80. He joined legal profession on 2-5-1980; was enrolled as advocate of High Court in 1982 and as Advocate of Supreme Court in 1994. He had been practising in Civil, Commercial, Tax and Constitutional Law and had appeared in large number of important Constitutional cases both in the High Court and the Supreme Court. He was elected as Secretary General of Lahore High Court Bar Association in the year 1991. He was member of a delegation representing Pakistan in “international Youth Conference” held in Libya Tripoli in 1973. He represented Pakistan in International Conference held in Wilton Part U.K. on the subject of “Pakistan and India at Fifty”. He led Pakistan delegation to Manila, Philippines in a conference of the Ministers level on “Asia region Transitional Crimes” and also led Pakistan delegation on Human Rights to Switzerland, besides in February 2009 he participated in Conference held in Oslo, the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on “Islam and Democracy” and he read paper on the “Role of the courts in Islamic democratic society”.

He has been a part-time Lecturer at Punjab Law College and Pakistan College of Law, Lahore where he taught Civil Procedure Code and Constitution. He was first ever federal Law Secretary from the Bar, in 1997. He was elevated as the Judge of the High Court on 22-5-1998 and Judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan on 18-2-2010.

    sir app kay pass humara ik case tha jo app nay mukhalif party kay haq main kar diya tha app us time high court main the ab allah nay app ko tarqi day de he lekin humaray pass wo he ik umeed the jo app nay un ko day de mujay app par bohat yaqeen tha kay app humari khoi hue jaydad humay wapis dilwa dain gay lakin pata nahi kiya app ka mind tha jo app nay us party kay haq main kar diya fesla halakay wo 100% property humari he the app nay civil court main refer kiya tha kay 30 din kay andar hum nay wo app kay order civel main admint karwanay thay app ka ye hukam tha lekin hum is baat par anjan thay kay 1 din b upar ho giya to app kay hukam ki kilafwarzi ho jae ge humaray wakeel sb nay b humay gide nahi kiya tha app say moafi ki appl b ki app nahi manay thay phir hum suprem court main ralef kay liye gaye to wo b nai manay ab hum haar thak kar gar main bath gaye hain mayoos ho kar hum bohat gareeb hain agar hamray liye koi riyat ho sakti ha to please humari madad karain allah app ka hamid o nasir ho allah app ko ziyada tarqi day (aameen)

    respected sir :
    with due respect i belong to KPK . your hearing on stone crushing plants in KPK i want to share some issues with that issue.
    sir we are in great trouble .stone crushing plants are ruuning day and nght .storms of dust and pollution are there round the clock the plants which are banned works in night .
    blasting of mountains are done in residential areas .
    new plants are installed these days .
    we are humans. heavy vehicles run all day and night plz if u hear our request .
    i assured you .if you visit abbottabad specially Nawanshher you can’t stay more than half hour in our area due to dust and pollution .
    it is great honor for us if you take a look on this issue.
