Birth Certificate in Punjab Pakistan
Birth Certificate is issued by Local Government and Community Development (LG&CD) in Punjab Province. It is issued by relevant Union Council. If a person submits application for birth certificate in concerned Union Council within 60 days of birth the delivery time is 3 working days. If person submits application for birth certificate after 60 days, the delivery time is 7 working days. The departmental fee for issuance of this Certificate is rupees 100. All you need to do is to pay service fee in National Bank of Pakistan and fill the form for birth Certificate in e Khidmat Markaz.

- Birth Certificate (Hospital Birth) or School Certificate or Attested Vaccination Card Copy (attested)
- Attested Affidavit Rs.50 (2 witnesses) in case of Birth in House(attested)

- Age Determination Attestation from MS of DHQ/THQ (Attested)
