Fundamental Rights in Pakistan
Fundamental Rights are enshrined in the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Chapter 1 of the Constitution contains articles about the fundamental rights. Articles 8 to 28 of the constitution deals with the all fundamental rights provided to the citizens of Pakistan. Followings are the fundamental rights guaranteed to the citizens of Pakistan under constitution.
- No person shall be deprived of life or liberty, save in accordance with law (article 9)
- Safeguard as to arrest and detention. All arrested person must be informed of grounds of their arrest, they have right to consult and defended by lawyer of their choice.
- Right of fair trial under article 10A
- Slavery, forced labor is prohibited and no child under age of 14 year be employed in factory and mines.
- There shall be protection against retrospective punishment
- There shall be protection against double punishment and self-incrimination.
- Freedom of movement to everyone
- Freedom of assembly for all citizens
- Freedom of association for all citizens
- There shall be freedom of trade, business and profession for all citizens.
- Freedom of speech for all citizens
- All citizens shall have right to have access to information in all matters of public importance under article 19A.
- Freedom to profess religion and to manage religious institution in country
- Safeguard against the taxation for the purposes of any particular religion.
- Safeguard as to educational institutes in respect of religion etc.
- All citizens have right to acquire, hold and dispose of property in any part of Pakistan.
- Protection of property rights of owners.
- All citizens are equal and there shall be no discrimination on bases of sex etc.
- Free and compulsory education to all children of age 5 to 16 by Government
- No discrimination in respect of access to public places.
- Safeguard against discrimination in services.
- All citizens have right to preserve their particular language, script and culture

We are six teachers in punjab daanish school mianwali,our cantract could not continued after three years. Now plz tell us according to fundamental rights we have any rights for extend our cantract or which points that given in court to defend us.

Contract itself means that after particular time it will expire
so you cannot do anything in this regard
but if there are some examples that Govt. extended the contract of other colleagues you can go to the court

Why One Cannot go to High Court for Service Discrimination if he is employed in private sector company as a Regular MPT employee. e.g An employee has 37 years of service in the organization and He is Electric Supervisor Licsence holder and he has been transfered to Security Department while his supperannuation is in 20201. This action was taken only because he has raised voice against illegals. Where he can find proper remedy in Which Court and Which type of Application.

If there is no other remedy or forum available then person can file write in the High Court regarding any matter.

I cannot hire a lawyer and I want to fight for my rights so can I do in Pakistan without any lawyer ? If I can then please guide that how can I go for this ?

My parents belong from bangladesh they migrated in pakistan Right after 1971 they have all the old and New NICs of here and other Documents, Nadra blocked the NIC of my mother and asking prove of before 1971, further they are not issuing NIC to me as I am born here and Doing MBA here as because of my mother blockage.please guide the way out of it.

My age is 75 and my NIC is now renewed for whole life while I was residing in Karachi, I have migrated to Faisalabad since 2015 and residing with my son in rented house . I have deprived of my right to voters list as I have no property in my name and in the name of my son. NADRA requires the condition of property for change of address.What is the remedy?

In this case you only left with one remedy i.e. Write petition in the High Court, because when there is no other remedy available person can file write under article 199 of the Constitution

Case
Mr. Ali, a businessman by profession has filed a case regarding his Annual tax against the administrative agency (FBR) in an administrative tribunal. The hearing of the case came into the court of Justice Akbar, who claims that he cannot hear the case as Justice Akbar has shares in the company of Mr. Ali.
Questions:
1. Can Justice Akbar hear the case of Mr. Ali? Explain in the context of Fundamental objectives given by Frank’s Committee and Rule of Natural Justice
