How to prepare for PMS?
Nowadays everybody in Punjab who is striving for government job seems eager to take PMS attempt. Unfortunately it is not possible for every one to join academies for guidance. For this very reason following Steps are given to equipped candidates with full preparation in order to pass this exam.
Step # 1.
The papers will hopefully start in June and you have almost three months to prepare. So start with compulsory subjects.
Step # 2.
Daily practice Urdu and English questions. One day you can go for expansion of idea and the other day you can practice precise. Pattern and the preparation style of all questions are given already.
Step # 3.
Those who are preparing for other exams like Tehsildar etc can carry this schedule as the compulsory subjects will work out similar in these exams.
Step # 4.
Do write one essay of English and Urdu once in a week. In PMS English Essay is of 100 marks and Urdu Essay is of 40 marks.
The method of writing the essay is already given.
Step # 5.
Don’t forget to bother General Knowledge Paper as there is a negative marking of 0.25 in this paper. Many books are available in the market but in this short possible time go for General Knowledge by Ahmad Najib. Make sections which you are going to prepare daily e.g. you will prepare geography portion in one week and in next week you can go for science portion
Step # 6.
In this month you are going to compose and compile your Urdu, English and Essay work.
Step # 7.
In April you will work on your one optional subject and one compulsory subject (e.g. social work and islamiat) in 15 days
Step # 8.
On 16 April you will work on other optional subject and compulsory subject.
Step # 9.
From 1st May you will work on other optional subject with exclusive work on General Knowledge. Your all subjects will be compiled before 16 May if you follow the instructions given above.
Step # 10.
Now you have 15 days before June starts
Start revising your subjects that you may feel no difficulty in examination hall.
Best of luck
