Online Complaint to NADRA for Overseas Pakistanis

NADRA provides the facility of online complaint to all overseas Pakistanis. Through online complaint you can address any issue or you can complaint against any person who is not performing his duties according to law. NADRA divided the online complaint into five categories which includes POC, NICOP, CNIC, website related and General. The purpose of this facility is to make things right for all overseas Pakistanis and to remove all difficulties in the procedures of NADRA.

  5. Sir mein Ali pur chtha se ho idher ke nadra stuff mein manners nahi hai. They have no proper timings for their break. Today when we went there The exact time was12:15 and when we said them to give a token they said that the time Was finished and it was our break time but in there timing board the break Time start from 1:00 and they give us no token. At that time the girl which was on duty gives token num to five people but when we asked that the time was finished and why are you giving token num to these people instead of giving token num to us she behaved so immoral. Even the whole office was so dirty and there is no one for cleaning the office.All the staff members were so irresponsible about there duty.
