The Punjab Private Educational Institutions (Promotion and Regulation) Ordinance 2015
Growth of private schools and colleges in Pakistan is phenomenal in last decade. With such rapid growth there is an urgent need to regulate the daily affairs of private schools. Some recent incidents of agitation of parents against the hike in fee of private schools also demands some sort of control and check on these schools.
Punjab Govt. introduced some amendments in the old law regarding the private schools and this new ordinance was promulgated on 19 September 2015. The amendment in The Punjab Private Educational Institutions (Promotion and Regulation) Ordinance 1984 provides for compulsory registration of all private schools and also provides a mechanism to increase the fee with some limitations.

I need to know about the order dated 13.12.2018 passed by court of law in civil appeal No. 1095/2018 regarding the fees of Punjab Private Educational Institutions. As many of private schools are now going to charge full summer fees as well pleading that they get decisions/order from supreme court in various appeals/petitions. Is that order indicates the summer fees will now be charged full three months or not? kindly send me copy of the orders which has dismissed in this regard covering the summer fee issue also.
