Stolen Property – 410

• Transfer of property by theft, extortion or robbery
• Property criminally misappropriated
• Property in respect of which criminal breach of trust

Punishments

• for dishonestly receiving stolen property; up to 3 year – 411
• for dishonestly receiving property stolen in the commission of decoity; up to IOL, 10 year – 412
• Habitually dealing in stolen property; up to IOL, 10 year – 413
• Assisting in concealment of stolen property; up to 3 year – 414
