- An illegal act
- Or an act not illegal but by illegal means
Essentials of Criminal Conspiracy
- Two or more persons
- An agreement between such persons
- To do an illegal act
- Doing of some act besides the agreement
Punishment of criminal conspiracy for act punishable with Death or IOL, up to 2 year; when no provision then considered as if person abetted.
Punishment in other cases is up to 6 months or fine or both
