Punjab Civil Servants Rules 1974
These rules which have been issued by the Governor of Punjab under section 241 of the Government of India Act 1935 may be called the Civil Services Rules (Punjab). They shall come into force from the 1st April 1941.
The Punjab Civil Servants Act 1974 was enacted on 4th June 1974 and as per clause 23 of the said Act which is reproduced there Rules are enforce so far as there rules are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or rules framed there after. Sir, May I know, is that the results of teachers effect on the promotion. The Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued the directions in one case that the teaching result will not effect on promotion.The ruling, I have read 7 year before but not found till now. Can you help under the rules for the benefits of the effected people.
