NA 151 is a constituency for the seat of Pakistan’s National Assembly from Multan District. Multan District is very important in Southern Punjab politics and there are total 6 National Assembly Seats of Multan. NA 151 is also known as NA-151 Multan-IV and it is the fourth of total 6 seats from District Multan of Punjab Province.

NA 151 is known considered as stronghold of Bosan Family. In 2002 General Elections, Sikandar Bosan won the seat as PML-Q candidate. In 2008 General Elections, Yousaf Raza Gillani of PPP won the seat. In 2013 General Elections, again Sikandar Bosan won the seat and this time on PML-N ticket.

This constituency consists of localities of Bosan, Jhok Wains Gharbi, Ltfabad, Nawabpure, Jahangirabad, Sher Shah, Ismailabad and Muzaffarabad. There areas are adjacent to the River Channab.
