21st Amendment in Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973
Recently Govt. of Pakistan has amended the Constitution of country and created the special military courts to deal with the menace of terrorism. All the parties agreed on this amendment but with some reservations. The main aim behind this amendment is to combat the terrorism on emergency basis after attack on Army Public School Peshawar. The tragic incident of Peshawar shocked the nation and all parties decided to take this bitter pill in order to defeat the terrorism in country.
