Sea Food Lunch Recipes

  • First of all heat oil in a wok, fry garlic, fish and prawns for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes, capsicum, parsley, oregano and keenu pulp and then mix.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix then serve hot.

  • Macaroni (boiled)—–2 cups
  • Prawns (chopped)—–200 grams
  • Fish fillet (chopped)—–200 grams
  • Keenu (scoop out pulp)—–1
  • Garlic Paste—–1 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder—–½ tsp
  • Oregano —–½ tsp
  • Mayonnaise —–4 tsp
  • Fresh Cream—– 4 tsp
  • Tomatoes (chopped)—–2
  • Capsicum (chopped)—–1
  • Parsley—– ¼ bunch
  • Tomato ketchup—–3 tsp
  • Salt                      —– to taste
  • Oil                 —– 2 tbsp
